Cleveland Auto Show with Mercedes-Benz of Akron

Cleveland Auto Show Mercedes Benz

2017 Cleveland Auto Show

February 24th to March 5th at the IX Center

Since 1903, the Cleveland Auto Show has been a family tradition and the unofficial start of the spring selling season in Northeast Ohio.  At the beginning, the Cleveland Auto Show was held at Gray’s Armory in downtown Cleveland, and featured 15 Cleveland-made automobiles.  With leading automakers of the time like Winton, White, Jordan and Peerless  — the city of Cleveland was regarded as one of the leading manufacturers of the early American automobile industry. In fact, Cleveland was considered the first Motor City until 1908, when Detroit became center stage for the burgeoning industry.

Today, the Cleveland Auto Show occupies nearly 1.2 million square feet of exhibits featuring concept, pre-production and production vehicles from the world’s auto manufacturers – including those from Mercedes-Benz.
